Vienna Regulator Clocks

Vienna regulator clocks are made primarily of wood. They typically have a glass front covering the pendulum movement. The dial is typically made of porcelain. Many of these clocks were manufactured in the mid to late 1800's. There are even a some "mini Vienna regulator clocks" or miniature regulator clocks that are very rare. If you run across one of these in good working condition you should strongly consider purchasing it for your collection or for your home. Another thing to keep in mind is that most antique Vienna Regulator clocks will require a key for winding and in some cases a 2nd key for winding the chimes.
